Eligible for Refund
✓ Full Refund
- Your eSIM QR code was not delivered within 24 hours of purchase
- The QR code delivered is technically invalid and cannot be installed
- You were charged but received no QR code due to a system error
- Request submitted within 7 days of purchase and the eSIM has not been activated
Not Eligible for Refund
✗ No Refund
- The eSIM QR code has been scanned and activated on a device
- Your device does not support eSIM (please verify compatibility before purchase)
- You changed your travel plans after activating the eSIM
- Network issues in the destination country beyond our control
- You forgot to enable the eSIM before your data validity expired
- Partial usage — we do not offer refunds for unused data on activated plans
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through esimlinq.com with:
- Your order reference number (shown after purchase)
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If you paid by card or PayPal via Paddle and believe a charge is incorrect, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com. Paddle acts as our merchant of record and can assist with payment disputes.
