1. Services
NomadSIM provides travel eSIM data plans for use in 190+ countries. eSIM plans are delivered digitally via QR code to the email address you provide at checkout. Plans are activated on the device they are installed on and are non-transferable.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a device that supports eSIM technology to purchase from NomadSIM. By placing an order you confirm that your device is eSIM-compatible.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of taxes where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely by Paddle (card/PayPal) or QPay (Mongolian banks). NomadSIM does not store payment card details.
- Your order is confirmed when payment is successfully captured and you receive a QR code by email.
- Paddle acts as our merchant of record for card and PayPal payments and handles all tax compliance.
4. eSIM Delivery
Your QR code is delivered to the email address provided during checkout, usually within minutes of payment. NomadSIM is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive your QR code within 10 minutes.
5. Fair Use
eSIM plans are for personal use only. Resale, sharing via hotspot beyond reasonable personal use, or any commercial exploitation is prohibited. Operators may apply fair-use throttling on unlimited plans.
6. Refunds
Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Refunds are not available once an eSIM QR code has been scanned and activated on a device.
7. Limitation of Liability
NomadSIM provides eSIM access through third-party network operators. We are not responsible for network outages, coverage gaps, speed limitations, or any damages arising from inability to connect. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected plan.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on esimlinq.com — including logos, text, and design — is the property of NomadSIM and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
